Recently purchased my 26xd and notice quite a bit of noise coming from the rv door while travelling down the highway. Are there bushings or rubber stops you can add to reduce or eliminate the noises.

Just took a test drive in a Jayco Redhawk 26XD and noticed the same thing on that unit. Sales person noticed also and said they would look into it. He hadn't noticed it before. I'll check with him on Monday.
The Jayco 2026 26XD that we have now doesn't do it, but the 2015 23XM that we had previously did. They just adjusted the door latch (put some shims in) so it shut more tightly, and that fixed it.

Is it the door, we had loud noises on our 26xd. I tracked it to the stove vent. We now place a small piece of foam in the stove vent when traveling. No. Noise.

Bob , Guys I just bought the Redhawk 29XK and this thread is starting to worry me.
We`ve only been out camping in it once to check it out, are there things we should be looking for in particular?
On my Redhawk 29XK I had to adjust the door frame striker plate ( 2 Phillips head screws) up so that the 2 pins on the door latch made contact pressure on the slots in the striker plate. Also mine has a label on the inside of the door latch. It states that to meet automobile safety laws, that the 2 latch pins have to make contact with the striker plate. Adjustment will make the door a little harder to open and close, but it will stop the door rattle.
