Removing co-pilot seat in a Class C

I'm looking for advice on removing the front passenger seat in my Class C. Full-timing in a 23 footer has a few challenges, especially when it comes to storage space. Add a monkey who LOVES to get into EVERYTHING and you might understand why I want to ditch the seat in favor of a storage cabinet.

The chassis is a 2010 Ford E-350. It looks like there are 4 bolts holding it down -- a star shaped allen wrench head in the front and regular nuts on the back.

Any advice or warnings?

Removing seat

Removing the seat is no problem....just back out the four bolts. The nuts are bound to the floor pan. After you remove the seat put the bolts back into the holes to keep the bugs out. Disconnect the wiring harness for the seat belt warning and buzzer and tuck it under the floor mat. Be careful with the harness and the seat wiring because it is very expensive to replace. The air bag warning light may stay on because the seat is disconnected. A friend turned mine off but I don't know how he did it. I suggest you keep the seat in case you ever want to sell the coach. Have fun...
