Resetting HWH 625 series levelors.

Anyone have the reset sequence for the 625 series? on/auto just blinks instead of steady light.

Here's a link to the Service and Troubleshooting guide. A quick skim of the book doesn't show a reset sequence except pulling the fuse that powers the system. I might have missed it, read carefully.

Thanks for your reply. I have a manual and have read through the trouble shooting manual. No mention of resetting. I have been waiting on a call back from HWH. I guess I could try pulling the main fuse. This rig is new to me as well as having self levelers.

Pls do yourself a favor, Mark...... call Paul Maddox. He works for HWH and has helped a LOT of folks (he has 1291 posts on this forum.)

Paul will probably be out in the field but do leave a msg with your callback number and he will absolutely return your call..... a LOT sooner than the "HWH Mothership". He gets so many robo calls that he just deletes them if there is no message. Paul works for HWH but lives in AZ. He posts here as "Azpete" and he is "one of the good guys out there" for sure.

Good luck with the fix, and safe travels.

On my 625 series, the steady light indicates the system is to be manually leveled. One touch of the ON/AUTO button gives a steady light. Two quick touches of the button puts it in the AUTO mode and the light blinks. There is a pause and then the air bags deflate, then another pause and the jacks then start to extend to attempt an auto level.
Hope this helps.

The start auto button when pushed for the first time BLINKS, not a steady light like it should be. When I push it a second time the jacks deploy and start to extend. My system says push once to turn on, second to deploy and third to level. It worked fine the first few times and then went to this. Today I will pull all plugs and inspect and clean contacts. All fuses are good. Thanks

My guess is that if you search the forum for Paul's postings, or for HWH and 625 that you will probably find your question and the answers many times over.

phoenix, do you have kick down jacks, or straight down jacks. kickdown require the third push on the touch panel. one turns it on, second kicks the jacks down, and third, levels the coach. straight down only requires two pushes on the panel. otherwise, its the same 625 operating system.
on your profile, it says you live in big bear ca. is this correct?

it happens i will be in big bear in a couple of weeks. im working on a real

problem child there. i dont know the date yet, so i cant tell you exactly when ill be there. but i will make time to see you.

if you will send me your contact info, at pfmaddox@att.net, i will contact you and look at your problem. the part number off the control box and the touch pad would be very helpful, so i can bring parts if needed.
