Gee, guess this forum is just turning into free advertising for Workorse. Didn't used to be quite so blatant. Maybe this Ford owner needs to find someplace else to hang out.

In a recent Ride & Drive event held at Lazy Days this past January during its 2006 SuperSale people were invited to come and test drive both of the units in the photo.

These units were "used" identical Class C motorhomes from El Monte RV a fleet rental specialist in Florida.

Both Tom Lincoln (L) the NE Regional Sales Manager for Workhorse Custom Chassis and Bill Blaugh (R) the Director for the General Motors GM/WCC project invite you to the Ride & Drive Comparison in Daytona during "The Rally"

Unfortunately I would have liked to have been there to meet you folks but I have business elsewhere at that time.

If you plan on attending sign up for the ride and drive. I believe that there are parting gifts for participants but that's not the point. Take these units out yourselves and go and find out if what we're saying here is hype or the truth.

I look forward to "your comments" about your Ride & Drive if you can get a seat. (sign up now) I do hope that lots iRV2 members can participate in this exercise and please let us all know what you experienced in your Ride & Compare.

Being bias one way or another shouldn't matter, having owned 1 class C and 4 class A's with the Ford chassis, like alot of others on this forum before the WH chassis came into play.
Some other things to consider are cost, ability to carry coach of different MFG's and what dealer wants between the cost of same coach on the two different chassis to the consumer who has to pay within their budget.
To be a begining RVer these would be taken into account, now after owning all the MH's I had, I can now afford the cost of a much improved chassis. "007"
