Roof Type on 1996 Dutchman

Hello

can you help me identify what type of roof I have on my 1996 Dutchaman Motor Home. I plan on doing some maintenance on it before the rains and would like to start by IDing the roof type.

Thanks in advanced...

-James

I see no pictures so . . . hope someone else has the same one.
Rubber is chalky. TPO is just a vinyl. Fiberglass is hard.

I can add a picture but I think even pictures may be hard to tell if its EPDM or TPO I was hoping someone would know what Dutchman used in 1996. Thanks for your help
James.

I know it's outside of the forum, but you should try google; I was surprised at the amount of information you can find there.

Thanks I found a great video on Dicor website ..

https://dicorproducts.com/catalog/ro...ultra-sealant/

Basically if its EPDM it will be black on the back side. If its TPO it will be the same color (material) on front and back side.

To see the material, remove the frame around a vent and you will see the excess roofing coming inside. Look at the front and back side and that will help you determine roof type.

TPO may have a fleece backing on the back side, so not necessarily the same material.
