Running Lights Low Voltage

This is on a 2003 Chinook Destiny.

Checking the trailer 4-way flat connector as I move toward getting things ready for a towed. As I check voltage at one of the tailights I find the left bank at About 12.78 V for brake light, and the 4-way yellow for left brake light signal at the same, yet the green right voltage reading is at 12.2V, so not so bad, I just don't understand why there is a difference and whether this would be an issue. Issue is when I check the Destiny's running lights I see they are what I would consider dim reading 11.2V, and the 4-way brown wire reads 11.3 and wonder if this is something that is normal, or do I need to chase wires to find out why the voltage is so low and increase it?

I plan on towing a 2014 CRV, using a RVI3, Custer wireless brake/signal set up, and Roadmaster brake relay cut out along with the accessory fuse cut out to reduce battery drain. The CRV will get a grp 35 Optima Yellow top with more CCA than stock, but the longevity to run the RVI3 while towing.

Thanks.

I get to answer this myself after making many calls to RV shops. Short answer, I was testing the current without the engine running. With the engine running I show 12.2V at the running lights, brakes were 13.2V left, 12.6V right. Good to go I suppose.

This is likely due to corrosion on wire splices and connections that have built up over the last 15 years. If the bulbs are dim consider swapping them out for LED's as LED's consume far fewer amps so will cause less voltage drop on marginal connections. A complete set of LED marker, brake and turn signal lights should be under $30 on amazon.
