Secondary electric switch location???

We just bought a 1996 class C Hornet LE. Not our first rodeo with RV's but 1st time with a Class C. Previous units have been A's. Current location (Kodiak, AK) is not practical for our larger units. We figured it would be fun to camp a little with grandchildren.

Anyhow, we cannot figure out how to activate our house lights, pumps, etc. Fresh battery in the secondary electrical supply, but the previous owner removed the generator. we didn't care at the time, because we figured that we would rather install our own unit.

But now we can't figure out if the missing generator has some connection to the lights not working. Other equipment we've used had a switch to change over, but we can't find anything remotely like that on this vehicle. Shouldn't the deep cell battery supply at least house lights even if not the fridge?

We have stumped Youtube, Siri, and any other source on line....

Thanks to anyone with any clues...

Welcome to iRV2.

The removal of the gen set may have taken out a coach battery master fuse.
The start system on my gen set is powered from the coach battery and the supply cable has a 135 amp inline fuse in the cable about 2 feet from the battery. Mine is mounted on the frame behind the battery box , sorry I have no idea where it would be on a class c but it should be close , wiring code requires it. About all you can do is follow the positive cable from the battery.

My C has the house battery under the step at the mid door.

There are at least 2 hi-amp resetable breakers under there and a manual disconnect switch. There are also 1 or 2 auto reset 20 to 30 amp breakers and the boost solenoid tangled in there.

From there, the house power runs across, under the floor, to the main 12/120 volt, breaker, fuse, converter, transfer switch, panel.

The hi amp breakers are 2" 2" and have a small lever that swings out when tripped. Some have a button to trip them manually.
