Shakedown cruise

Wife and I are getting ready to head to League City, tx to see new grandson. We drive a 1997 class c fleetwood tioga, 32 ft. Getting mh out of storage and planning a shakedown cruise to Gatlinburg/ pigeon forge for a few days to check things out before the long trip. Anybody have any suggestions about a good cg.I know there are quite a few but never stayed there. We only live about thirty minutes away.

Best bet is to check woodalls or good sam's website in the areas you plan to travel in for camp grounds and ratings . That's what we always did and had good luck. This way we could find the amenities that satisfied our family. Hopefully some one local will come in as well. Good luck and safe travels.
