slide out locking up

have a 07 jayco grayhawk 32ss (looks like a senica) the main slide will go out about 7 inches than locks up and the gear drive on the motor will skip real bad. I have checked everything that could jam the slide and everything is clear. I tried to use the manual way but I cant get the brake to disengage from the motor. when I move the switch lever like the books says it does nothing and the motors is still locked up, any ideas on this issue?. anything would help.................................

Does your slide bottom slide over floor on flat metal plate or rollers?
You may have slide binding on metal which is bent or a roller thats come off its pivot bracket.
Who is the MFG of your slide mechanics?
