Spare tire lock

Our Jayco Greyhawk 2009 31ss has a hard metal cover on the spare tire and since we bought the unit used...we discovered that we don't have a key to the lock!! Is that lock/key a "universal" key such as the cargo doors or can you suggest where I might get a key? I don't see any company name on the tire cover.

Okay I'm sure I'm on the wrong forum but can anyone tell me about tires for a 2005 Winnebago view and where to buy them and how often i need to replace them? I tried looking on the tire and the manufacturer code but the numbers didn't match; I was trying to see how old they are.

Okay on a completely different subject, how do I go about fixing these complicated blinds? Of course I'm trying to save money on both problems. These blinds need to be re strung (if that is a word). Thanks
