Here's at least one: Coachmen Concord at Concord | Coachmen RV - Manufacturer of Travel Trailers - Fifth Wheels - Tent Campers - Motorhomes

They show 2 or 3 floor plans with 3 slides (and I need to learn how to post a link properly).

In any event, good hunting.................

On edit............. When I clicked on that link, I saw just one with 3 slides; i.e.,
the 30TS (TS being Triple Slide in all likelihood).

Do check the NCCC (and actual corner weights) on a regular C with 3 slides. Those slides add significant weight to the coach and you will likely find there is little capacity left for people, pets, and stuff.

spuds is offering great advice.

The extra weight of each slide out is very significant. The weight of the rig as delivered will be very close to the weight limit of the chassis and also the tires. By the time you are loaded up and ready to head out, your tires pumped up to the full 80 psi will be physically weight-over-loaded, so much that you have significant risk of having tire blow-outs. A blown tire is an explosion at 80 psi, shredding the tire. The rubber and steel belts become a gladiator's spiked-iron-ball-on-chain and destroys your motorhome before you can stop fast enough.

Don't get caught up in square footage unless you have an exceptional reason to have 3 slide outs. You don't want to have your family follow in another vehicle because your rig can't handle their weight.

Each slide out adds between 500 and 600 pounds. Eliminating just one slide out can make the difference.

We intentionally went slide-less when ordering our rig. That was 12 years ago. We still love our rig just as it is. We value the 20-some other benefits to not having any slide outs over extra floor space.

The Minnie Winnie 26A has three slides: the dinette, the wardrobe and the bed out the rear...that bothered me enough to not consider that model. Just looked unstable.
