Torn between 2 lovers / A or C ?

Hi all and thanks in advance for your kind regards.

So ... planning to RV full time next fall. I'm taking my business and my 7lb side kick Mary to the road full time.

Ive been researching, kicking tires and researching some more.
Has come down to two possibles, at least at this point in time.

Decided to go 'new'..(i know I know )
Axis/Vegas 25.1
Minnie Winnie / 25B

Both kinda 'entry level' and in my price range, but could push it another 10K
Storage in the MW is great and important to my business.
Open layout of the Axis/Vegas 25.1 and the rear 'entertainment' area would be a great office, doubling as a bedroom (for one and a half)

Load capacity might be an issue on both and am a little unclear on the load capacities of each.

thanks in advance for any and all insights (especially regarding load capacities)
ps I will not be pulling a toad.

The CCC, ( Cargo Carrying Capacity) should be on the RV weight sheet, and in many cases that number will be low on a Class C, even some Class A's.
But very important to find the numbers.
The sheet can be a little difficult to find , as there is no standard for the location, or how the CCC is calculated so , it's important to read the whole sheet.
JMHO: If you plan on moving often , as you may have to with no toad. Then having an RV with power levelers will be a real plus; and many C's don't have this option.
Weight sheet looks like this.

So much depends on how you will use the coach. Leveling isn't all that hard, but if you plan to travel a lot and go strange places, it can be a drag. The real thing that we have found is how well the floor plan works for you. That can make or break the deal.

No, with a smaller coach, you don't need a towed, but you will probably want a motorscooter or bicycle with a basket for Mary.

A lifelong waterman and his bride going dry places for as long as the fuel money lasts.

thank you my friends...the search continues.
neither coach offers levelers, was planning basic leveling blocks at my price point.
load capacity is an important factor so i can plan my gear load from an informed position, before I sign the dotted line. I will, going forward, search out all data plates mounted on rigs. annoying that mfgrs dont post this info online tho! seems that they want to hide this info. First rant as a newbie..many more to come i bet. peace and safe travels

Are you looking to travel a lot or stay static? The reason I'm asking is fuel can take a big chunk of your budget with a Ford V10. Have you looked at any of the Mercedes Benz or Prostar based MH's? They can save you a ton of fuel and might be a better option for you. But if I were to pick one of the two you mentioned I would go with MW. JMO.

A = no air bags, nothing in front of you in case of collision, but more living space, perhaps more
storage space, looks cooler (not temperature), a few mpg lower gas mileage, front seats
more likely to swivel in class A (nice feature), larger more expensive tires

C = airbags, engine between you and any collision object, less living space, possibly less storage
space, convenience of driver and passenger doors, in addition to house door. Often better
drivability and handling in gas models
