Okay, we decided to downsize from out HR Endeavor, to a class C.. We are trying to decide between the HR Atlantis 31 SL, or the Coachman Leprechaun 317, 31'. Anyone have info as to which is the better model?

I can certainly understand the downsizing. I have looked at Class C as an alternative after leaving the DP world. I have my opinions on each. I would suggest looking at the exterior of each you are interested in. Look about two or three model years back, preferably units which have been outdoors most of the time. See which looks better. If you are interested in my personal opinion reply with private post.

One other thing you may chose to look at would be the inside entry and egress from the cab to interior of the coach space. You be the judge and compare both of the cabs in this segment. One other important look see is the passenger footwell.
Finally if you can, take a ride in both a GM/WCC and E450 just to satisfy your own curiousity. See for yourself which chassis you are going to like being married to for the next few years.
Both of the top end GVWs of these vehicles have a 14,050/14,500 rating however some manufacturers will only offer one particular name plate or model on each chassis.
