Trickle Charger

I finally got 120V outlet at my storage area. If I use an extension cord and plug into an outlet reachable with the extension can I then plug in a charger to another outlet and attach the charger to the coach battery. And if I can to this will the house batteries also be maintained, or do I need another charger and will it charge both batteries at the same time.

Should be able to run a single cord to RV's shore power cord. On board converter/charger will then keep coach/house batteries charged.....
