Sure you can get your RV washed at a truck wash. I use
Blue Beacon. You pay by the foot.

Truck washes come in a couple different flavors..

Blue Beacon trains their workers on how to wash trucks and RV's. they use scaffolds and brushes and do a very good job

Some places just use high pressure jets which, if not used properly, (Blue Beacon uses them too, but properly) can force water past slide out, door and window seals and leave you with a very wet indoors.

If your MH has decals, instead of painted graphics, be cautious of high pressure spray or very strong detergents, in wash fluid. These will definitely shorten the life of the decals.

I can't remember if it was here or elsewhere that a high pressure washing was listed as the contributing factor to a Cummins being dusted. The water softened the glue of an air filter and the air filter sagged and allowed un-treated air into the engine.

Yes, it was at this forum. Look in post #5 in this thread.

Blue Beacon does not use machines but washes by hand.
High pressure washers can break plastic, tear gaskets and decals and get under seals.
It takes me over two hours to wash my RV alone. Blue Beacon prices are quite reasonable. RVMotorcoach Wash Prices

As with most car washes and Blue Beacon, you can add rain x treatments etc. That changes the costs. I have always been asked if I wanted them to use hand brushes. The cost for a 40 ft was around $40. The results were mostly good, at times I felt it could have been cleaner.
i have had the same results when I did the job myself. They will not do the roof.

I wish I had read this thread earlier. I drove past the Ft. Pierce Blue Beacon (I had never heard of it before reading this thread) on Thur. and again today on the way home. I have seen the truck wash just off I 95 many times. Today there were about a 1/2 doz. eighteen wheelers waiting in line. I never knew they hand washed RVs there.

Agree, Blue Beacon does a professional job. They have an iPad app; give it a try.

High pressure jets

You know where they tell you not to aim a stream of water at your furnace, water heater or fridge outlet when washing your rig?

Not all of them offer undercarriage wash. Some offer Salt-Away. You need to click on details to see what each locations offers. Check out link in my first post above.
