Does anyone have a fair value for a 27' minnie winnie, 1991 vintage? I'm looking at one with 83,000 miles on it & she wants an offer??

Check www.nadaguides.com.
They tend to be high, so use the low retail with no options....if it is still listed.

Other wise, take the last year listed and extrapolate back to our years to get an idea.

We just spent weeks searching for our Minnie and I think something in the 27' 1991 vintage could be purchased for about 16K
