I had read the DOT and remembered they were only a few years old. I did not memorize the exact date for each of the 7 tires. I thought I provided sufficient information for valuable advice and I obtain exactly what I was looking for, which help me out in a difficult situation.
Thanks to the early responses I was able to determined that the problem was internal tire failure and that I had to replace the tire to get my problem solved.
Now as for what I will do next, I think as to make a better decision. I guess,(as I still can't be sure admitting that I don't know everything) that some other people should do more thinking before they post.

Mel, no problem. I really value everyone's opinion. I think it is really great to have such forums.

Another aspect not mentioned yet is load range rating of the tires compared to actual axle weight of MH. Any recommended tire pressure posted in MH is only valid if running on tires with equal or higher load rating than OEM tires.
