Warranty

Is it a common practice with a motor home warranty issue to pay for any repair up front and HOPE you will ge reimbursed from the manufacturer.
I have a 2013 Thor Four winds and Camping World comes up ASCAP warranty station in the Portland Oregon area. One person bays they are not and another says they are. I am about ready to use a local R V dealer and take my chances or drive to Coburg and go to the Cummins dealer. Guaranty R V in Junction City is supposed to be a warranty station, but to look at the antenna which fell apart, they say I have to wait until the first part of NOVEMBER??????? I may be sorry I invested in an R v.

No, it is not common to have to pay for factory warranty repairs up front.

I'd call the factory.
