water heater temp

how do I adjust the water heater temp in my 2007 Winnebago Outlook? In the manuel i looks like there is a dial but I cant find it... Anyone have a guess?

I don't have your RV but most of the water heaters I've seen have a switch that opens at a preset temperature and that is how the specific temp is selected.

According to your manual there must be some models that have an adjustable temp like our homes do perhaps. Someone will be along soon to help.
