Could be an interlock relay. Some rvs use the same breaker for the microwave (for example) and water heater electric element. This relay prevents one from working at the same time as the other. Try flicking your electric hot water switch and listen for the relay click.

It one of the control relays for your Precision Circuts Energy Management system. Which device it controls you'll have to figure out.

Identification

I have a 2009 Coachman Freelander RS. I have an identical(looking) unit in the cabinet sidewall close to the TV Mounting. I called them for identification and found out that they cut off the receptacles that could run the TV when the ignition switch is on. Why? I don't know--something was said about a law about going down the road with a tv on. I just put the 2 black wires under the same screw and did away with its function as it was just one more thing to go wrong.
See if you have current to the magnetic switch with the ignition switch on.
