Why No Bedroom Light Switch?

My new Thor Chateau does not have a wall mounted light switch, only the switches on the lights on the ceiling. Cost savings? Overlooked at factory? Is this a common thing? I've owned many RVs and this is the first one like this.

Our unit didn't have a wall switch in the bedroom or bath. I just think things aren't well thought out or they don't care

I think it's more "cost savings" and is typical on entry level rv's. Our previous Safari was an entry level DP, and it too had lights that could only be turned on at the light fixture itself. It only had one water pump switch, so you had to remember to turn it on before you went into the bathroom. It didn't have any window awnings and everything about it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

The only light switches in my unit are for the outside porch light and the bathroom light. All others are slide switches on the light cover. Very common.

This is not a half million dollar land yacht but I didn't think it was entry level. Besides, I have owned "entry level" TTs and 5th wheels that did have wall switches. Nothing I can't live with, just curious.

My chateau has no switch either.
But I have had several trailers that didn't have them in the bedroom either.....
