Having seen several before we bought our '13 Aspect 30C...I can say "nope" never have seen anything other than entertainment up there. I'm sure if you order new, Winnebago would work with you on an alternative to the entertainment center.
What did you have in mind for that space...just curious...

Our Coachmen has the entertainment center. I liked it at first but found out two things. If you put anything in the side cabinets on either side of the tv it's not east to reach to get it out. Add to the fact that we put a lot of our gear on the bunk portion of it we essentially block off those cabinets.
Second thing is we watch little to no tv while camping. Even if we are sitting out a rain shower we are either on the internet via our phones or taking a nap.
We are buying a new Jayco for next season. The entertainment center is actually a option with Jayco. We will save the money and not order it. You still get a tv up there but it's mounted on the sidewall and is on a swivel mount. The cabinets are gone which will give us more room for throwing stuff up there.
