winnebago view starting battery

Thanks for the battery replies.
Battery is charged. After rig sitting about four weeks, needed to move it. Insert and turn key, dash icons come on, wait for them to go off(diesel wait), attempt to start. Looked like every icon there was came on, some flashed, some beeped. Turned key off. Now key will not turn on. Anyone shed light on this? My first diesel and Winnebago. The not so helpful Dodge chassis manual says the battery doesn't have enough charge when the key won't turn, but now not sure that is the cause.

I suggest you put a meter on the battery and see what voltage it has. All the 'idiot' lights come on when you turn the key, but the only diesel one you need to pay attention to is the glow plug or preheat indicator. It tells you when it has heated up enough to ignite the diesel fuel. After start, the other lights should go out as alternator, oil pressure, ABS, etc. all show normal parameters.
