FMCA
I have seen some things about the FMCA and was wondering if many of the RV'ers here belong. What are the benefits other than social?

Am a member and have been for 20+ years. FMCA is also very actively involved when it come to political manners regarding RV ownership, along with safety issues.
They have great Conventions where they offer seminiars on safety, maintenance, travel, crafts, along with the vendors to sell all sorts of products, (they are like a normal RV show thats on steriods). Some vendors and most manufactures have technicians at these conventions that will do maintenance of any products you own. An of course the Motorhome manufactures have motorhomes homes on display for your viewing enjoyment, and buying pleasure if you are inclined. But along with the dealers there are factory representatives (Engineers/Management/Technicians) available to answer your questions and/or assist you in anyway.
You can go to FMCA.com it will give you a complete listing of items provided to membership. Hope choose to join the organization, IMO it is well worth the annual membership costs.

My wife and I are relatively new members and enjoy all the mentioned benefits. We have been to two conventions now and enjoyed them as well as gaining a lot of good information by attending the seminars.
You also meet great people like Spikster... I met Spikester and his wife at the Redmond, Oregon FMCA convention this summer.
