I wrote earlier in the MH-General Forum about sunscreens and this is a re-print of that post.

You can put up a Prompt screen setup without a ladder and your feet never leave the ground. These screens are patented, they fit, and they are just about tornado and hurricane proof.

Just about everyone makes screens that you can snap on your coach. In my experience I saw a late 60 to 70 year old person climbing a ladder to install sun screens. I'm telling myself that this can't be good and to walk away.

Once a long time ago in a land far far away, I installed snap devices in my fifth wheel however now given the choice - one thing that I did not want to do is install snaps on the surface of my motor coach.

When I work my display area folks are constantly approaching me about my Prompt RV Sunscreen setup.

Confirming my earlier post, "If you are attending the FMCA Convention in Perry, GA,

Bill Rex, Vice-President of Prompt RV Sunscreen said, "I will give them some additional "SHOW SPECIAL"¯ at the rally.

Mike, I called them and they do have a set for my new coach model. The thing that bothers me is, they attach with suction cups in my application. For over $400 a set I'm not to comfortable with suction cups.

You catch one clip on the left side window frame and unroll the thing out to the right and clip it on the opposite window frame. The side screens are attached via a U shaped bracket that fits over a bolt on the front sunscreen and the rear is anchored via a large suction cup.

The suction cups have never failed me.

All that is required is a clean surface. The cups hold or the entire concept of Prompt wouldn't work - but it does work.

The suction cups attach easily and firmly. Better yet they come off when you need them to and not before.

Don't take my word for it - ask around.
