Does anyone have the FMCA SEPTEMBER 2006 vol. 43, #9 issue??? if not, any ideas on who may have one? i know it is available on-line, but i would like the hard copy. ANY help with this would be greatly appreciated

oh yea, i did contact fmca and they dont have any more. so i am desperatly trying to find one.
