Missed the Redmond Rally

On our way to the Rally, we broke down in Corning, Ca and 8 days later, left with a practically rebuilt Cummins 350...I applied for a refund of our fee, and was disappointed to only get $109 back....not sure what the FMCA logic was...it's not like we had a choice in not getting there. I also understand that they have costs...but, there must be exceptions to every rule, especially when things happen like breakdowns
