I would never want anyone and please no offense, especially a tow truck driver pulling the rear axles from my pusher. The one time I had it towed, they did pull and remove the drive shaft. I said pull and remove. I've heard of too many drive shafts being disconnected and tied up falling off during the tow. Plus, I can't imagine any tow truck driver equipped to remove the axles from a pusher parked on the side of the highway.
Front wheel drive cars and the Revcon MH front wheel drive have a drive shaft to each front wheel and should either be towed with the front wheels on a dolly or the front wheels raised.
This is of course just my opinion and my experience.
