Amazon CamperForce in Coffeyville, KS
Has anyone worked for Amazonin Coffeyville, KS? If yes, what is the weather like in the early winter? Also, which of the campgrounds would you recommend?
It looks like the location in Fernley, NV is filled already.
I have a dog and working 10 hours a day might be tricky.
Any personal insights would be great! Thank you.

We're been offered and accepted to Coffeyville this year. Don't know about the weather we have found that averages don't mean a thing, one year may be good the next not so much and the third right between the two. There is a facebook page for, "CamperForce 2014 - Coffeyville, KS" many on it are return workers and can give more info.

A friend of ours is headed for Kentucky to work for Amazon this Christmas season she says the pay is about $10-$11 per hour the days are 10 hour days and there's a bonus when you finish your contract with them
This is the second season Luccis work for Amazon says it gives her a lot of exercise and she loves the work

Thanks Jim for the information. After some thought, I don't think Amazon is a good fit for me. I may look into gate guarding.
On a non-RV note, I see that you are a hypnotist. Are you a full-time RVer? Do you work from the road?

Yes , my wife , Loni, and I are full time travelers. We have an '03 National Islander that we call home.
Yes, I have a doctorate in Psychology and do phone hypnosis. That is a very effective way yo make profound changes. I also work with athletes to help them yo their peak ability through applied sports psychology, Neuro-Linguistic-Programing, and emotional freedom technique. Those all fancy names for intentionally engaging the subconscious mind.
This field is one I love to discuss with people, so don't get md started!
But wait, you already did!

Dear Jim:
That's very cool! I've had hypnosis done and found it very effective.
Safe travels to you and Loni.

diverted from fernley
Just wondering...., we just got notified that Fernley want's us to divert to Coffeyville apparently there are some changes underway in Fernley. They did offer a 250.00 relocation bonus, lucky we are in Colorado so about the same distance to each location. Anyone else getting diverted?
