Camp Host needed at Cuivre River State Park Mo.

Hi all, Here DW and I sit at Cuivre River State Park in MO, on our way thru to Iowa, and we are amazed to find that the park has four Host positions and only one of them filled (and they are leaving for another commitment the end of July). The park has a brand new supt., by the name of Justin Adams. We first met Justin when he was the asst. supt. at Lake Wappapello State Park and put us in our very first volunteer position as CG Hosts. He is terrific to work with/for. If we didn’t already have our summer/fall planned out we would take one of the spots. Cuivre River is located just outside Troy or about an hour NW of St. Louis. Our only experience with hosting has been in MO State Parks and, thanks to Justin and the people at Lake Wappapello , we will consider hosting again in MO. Well Melissa and I have changed our summer plans. We will be taking one of the Host positions at Cuivre River for August and September. That will still leave 3 more sites open. We had received an email from Connie Schmidt, special events coordinator for MO state parks, stating that there are 4 State Parks in Missouri that need host for Aug,Sept and Oct., they are Cuivre River, Big Lake, Wakonda, and Onondaga.
