FL RV site exchange for 10-14 hrs/wk

We're hoping to go to Alaska this summer (May - Oct?) but need someone to mow our 4 acres (riding mower) and care for my roses (will train) while we're gone. We have a concrete pad, FHU, pleasant backyard, convenient to everything (.5 - 10 miles), stores, library, beach, restaurants, park, etc. Very flexible - can do it a little each day or do it all in 2-3 days every 2 weeks, while you go other places in between. If Hurricanes worry you, take off if one heads this direction. We are about 40 miles NW of Tampa.
