Have you tried "work for rvers", Happy Vagabonds, coolworks? These are free sites! Workamper News is free to browse, but I believe they have a trial period for active jobs. Have various subscription rates. One with the hotline is best, you will get daily emails of newest jobs. Hope this helps and Welcome!!!

Try the Corp of Engineers website they normaly have jobs all over the country.

I wanted to let you all know that we have accepted an assistant managers job at a RV resort in Texas. Excited to try a new adventure.
