Saw this ad in Workamper News:

Premier resort looking for Workamper couple to work at front desk and in escort. Two to three days per week depending on other Workamper schedules. Front Desk position pays $10 per hour, escort position is in lieu of site rental, basic cable, WiFi, electric, water hookups and laundry allocation.

If I'm reading this correctly you get to escort RVs to their sites in lieu of (instead of) getting your FHU site????

I think it's just bad grammar. The front desk position has a paycheck, the escort doesn't, but a full hookup site is included. That would be my read on it.

Sounds like the escort does not have to PAY for the basic site, In short: Free parking. In fact. that is exactly what it says. In lew of site rental.

From their website and CG/coach pictures I'd say the escort guides the campers to their site using a golf cart. And probably helps them park their coach if requested.
