My wife and I are in need of a couple or single to stay and manage our vacation rental for 3 week stints during the summer,in trade for maint. mowing, watering and cleaning.
This is a single unit rental in which guests stay from 3-7 days typically.
RV required, 20a hookup and water available but no dumping.
Wifi and spectacular view.

So, you want someone to park their motor home with only 20 amp service and no dump facilities, stay in their coach and on top of that, cut your grass, manage your rental, water the grass and clean up the home.

The web site doesn't tell us anything.

Yes JLowdy I expect someone would be very happy to not pay $50 per night and park with electric, Wi-fi and a beautiful view. All this for maybe 5-6 hours work a week. It may not be what you're looking for, but likewise you're not who we are looking for either. But thank you for your comment.

Prospectors; I thought the same as LJowdy did until you added that it doesn't require much time to manage the property. That might be a good trade for someone.

Thank you Steve 11669. My thinking was, placing this ad under "workcamping"it would be understood there would be some work involved. My contact info is through the attached website and all the details(when to water,guest check in procedure etc.),and amenities (kayak use,crabbing and fishing gear etc) will be discussed once personal contact is established. Gary, well as said, your not who I'm looking for and obviously I'm not what you're looking for because 20 amps with no place to dump holding tanks doesn't work but, click on the web site you posted. It doesn't seem to provide the info you stated.
