I understand that the traditional setting for "workkamping" is where people live in their RVs at or near their work site for short periods of time. But...

I would like to explore possibilities and opportunities to "workkamp," through the development of an itinerary of campgrounds and travel parks, where my family would present concerts and musical worship services during the summer months.

All input is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

George

Hey George, remember the campground in Gettysburg where we had a "Sunday serice with friends at our campsite? The lady "peeked" around our MH when we were singing. What a better way to witness. I'd call campgrounds directly. Most of them have a Sunday worship, but I bet you could perform at them. Don't know if you'd get paid, I think they usually have a minister there who has a free site. Good luck.

Hi Sue,

Thank you for that memory from 3 years ago. I remember our circle of sharing and singing that Sunday morning. Remuneration comes in a variety of forms--currency, meals, lodging, and friendship are just a few. What we do is not always about getting paid in currency.
