Once again Dinosaur National Monument is looking for volunteers. Last year was so successful that we are expanding the volunteer program. There are two positions at the Canyon Area Visitor Center in Colorado and one position at the Temporary Visitor Center in Jensen, Utah. All positions are visitor center hosts to greet visitors and orient them to what is available in the monument. The positions run a minimum of six weeks between May and mid-Oct. The schedules are working four days a week with three consecutive days off. The monument provides an RV site with water, sewer and electric. If you would like more information please contact me at 435-781-7717 or email sue_walter@nps.gov And yes, for those that will question, volunteering is just that - working in return for the RV site.
