Winter park host close to Reno

I am the park host at Washoe Lake State park. The park is 15 miles so of Reno and 4 miles north of Carson City. The rangers would like to have a winter park host, it gets cold, maybe 18 and yes, it can snow. There would not be many duties. One loop of this 49 site park stays open all winter. There is 30 amp elec & water at the site, you must have a macerator to pump the waste water about 80 feet to the septic cleanout. The bath house is being remodeled in July and the length to pump may change but will probably still need a macerator. Cel & aircard reception is good, shopping is close in Carson City, Wal Mart, Costco, Target, Home Depot, grocery, dollar stores.
