Work hosting: Onsite managers, Seaside, Oregon

We are seeking onsite managers for our Seaside, Oregon vacation rental property.
RV's only. No tents or Vans
April - October
Min 4 nights, Max 3 week hosting stays
Duties include: Being professional, courteous and available for emergency's or vacation rental guest questions. This means you have to stay local or close. Must be fit and mobile as there is some cleaning, laundry, watering of plants and possibly lawn mowing or weed eating necessary. The physical duties are only approx. 6-10 hours per week.

There is no pay for hosting duties but we do offer in exchange:

Free RV parking with Ocean and river view. We have really amazing wildlife activity here as we sit next to an Eagle sanctuary and tidal estuary.

Free Wifi, streaming local t.v with HBO and Showtime. Electric, water, garbage and there is a private yard area for the RV lot. There is free use of the vacation rental amenity's such as kayak's, boarding, fishing and crabbing gear, however, guests have priority since they are paying to stay on the property.
We are putting together a private laundry facility for our manager(s) use only but this is not ready as of this post. If there is time to do so in between guests there is a wash/dryer available for use in the vacation rental.
There is no dump site here but a free dump site is available in Warrenton about 10 miles 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.

This is a two person job as there is often guests checking in after guests have checked out (same day) and two people need to be doing chores in order to make the check in deadline. In the summer, guests are often here for a week at a time and so these duties usually occur one or twice per week and then there is nothing to do but explore the estuary, the beach, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Warrenton, Astoria, Tillamook, Portland or just kick back and relax until the time comes that the next guests check out/in.
In the summer the outside plants need to be watered regularly and the lawn mowed.
If you are interested you can private message us and we can see if this is a good fit!

Happy summer!
