We have a small mobile Home Park in Mountain Home, AR which is between Lake Norfolk and Bull Shoals Lake so there is plenty of fishing and boating plus Branson is only 75 miles away.

I need someone who can help the manager with general maintenance duties. For 15 hours per week you will have a site with water, 50 amp and sewer. The site is private and looks over an acre of open space. The 15 hours can be worked at somewhat flexible times, maybe 5 hours over 3 days or 2 7.5 hr days or 5 days of 3 hours. We would like to have a minimum of 2 months and then as long as things work out. Start as soon as possible or by arrangement.

You may send a private message if you desire,

The work could be mowing, painting, carpentary etc.

Ark, sign me up! I can paint (painted myself into a corner once), I built a saw horse which didn't see too well (broke its legs 1st time I used it) and I can even do plumbing (if you like to swim).

Count me in......

Or on second thought, you might want to consider others for this great opportunity.

Thanks for your interest. With the slowing economy and having no takers all year I decided to take it myself till the fall when we will be away from here until the new year if you might be interested then.

G'Day Steve and Pat,

We are in Mtn Home, AR, Dianne's home and just about to start a major cleanup after the ice storm. Power has been out a couple of days and expected to be out about a week however we are OK with the genny.

Had a busy summer in Lake George but won't be back for now. We expect to spend this year in Mtn Home as I have plenty of work to catch up on. We had poor internet most of the year so haven't been to the chat for a long time, I must do it now we have DSL.

If you guys are thru this way, even Branson we would love to see you again.

Happy Travels,

Sorry to hear about your woes with the ice. The good thing is, that eventually it will melt. I sure was looking forward to another great get together at Cherry Camp, great eats and company. If we get out that way I will contact you, but with our new house I don't think we will be gong west this year, Maine maybe. If you make it east let us know, I have a great place for ya to stay and visit. Stay well.
