Yogi on the River was a GREAT workkamping experience for us & rates among our very best. The Fosters (owners) are really nice people and make you feel like part of the team from day one. The campground is very clean & our large site included free cable, patio pad and a phone connection was also available.

If you would like more info .. pls e-mail.

It sounds and looks like a nice place but we turned down an offer from them because we felt the number of kids the campground attracts would probably wear us down over time. The job we were offered required direct interaction with kids at least part of the time and was not just a matter of working in a family oriented park. It's not that we hate kids, but our own child is well into adulthood and we have kind of retired from that. Just something to consider and not an attempt to discourage you from accepting the job. You may well consider it an advantage, especially if you will be bringing kids (or grandkids) of your own along with you.

Yogi Jellystone parks all cater to kids. They have all kinds of activities especially for kids. If you would rather not be around lots of kids, I would suggest you steer clear of all Yogi Jellystone Parks

Never worked their, but have spent the last 2 summers at Yogi in Cooperstgown, NY. Great workamping experience. Plus the pay wasn't to hard to take either. We did just about everything except activities. Leave that to the younger people. Adventure Bound is a good company to work for. See their add in Workamper News
