It sounds and looks like a nice place but we turned down an offer from them because we felt the number of kids the campground attracts would probably wear us down over time. The job we were offered required direct interaction with kids at least part of the time and was not just a matter of working in a family oriented park. It's not that we hate kids, but our own child is well into adulthood and we have kind of retired from that.
Just something to consider and not an attempt to discourage you from accepting the job. You may well consider it an advantage, especially if you will be bringing kids (or grandkids) of your own along with you.
