Retired and traveling

Just before I retired we bought a 34 foot travel trailer that I could pull with my current vehicle. We had never camped or RV'ed before. The first year we spent five months traveling, after a couple of short trial outings.. The second year about four months. The fourth year the wife had a bout with cancer, so we did not travel that year. After that we did some short trips. Decided that the rough roads were to hard on us and the trailer was to much work, so we quit traveling for another year. ( also got into sailboat racing so wanted to spend the summer home) Decided to sell the trailer and buy a motor home. We will leave on our first trip in June for three months. I think when we are at retirement age selling the house to full time is a crap shoot, due to health issue possibilities. But we both enjoy it.
