I just read through their "offerings" and freebie junk and found that while it sounds good on the surface, after reading through their information, found that they offer nothing I can't get elsewhere from a more reputable company and with posted discounts. My BS-o-meter still works and this outfit pegged it at 100%

Thanks IC2,
That was my take also. I looked at what they offered in Wisconsin and it was old and speculative at best. I do see some good reviews for Passport America. I would like something to help me with my route to Urbana. I am new at this and I would not like to wing it across country yet.

Don

Passport America is good but they are limited. Some, the discount is only for 1 night and not on holidays or weekends. GoodSams is only 10% and can be limited also. I have yet to find an answer. I paid RV super and never got to use it. Just a ripoff.

There are club memberships but then they are expensive and don't have locations where you may need them. Wally world is looking good....

We signed up for the service in Dec 2010 and could not find a single site in their directory that knew anything about them, so no discounts. We have been trying ever since to get our $97 refunded with no luck. Appears to be a scam. We only checked sites on the West coast, but it was unanimous. Don

I signed up and then tried it out and didn't like it. I e-mailed for a refund, and it has been 3 months that I have still been trying to get a refund. I do not get return phone calls or responses to my e-mails. With that being said, what do you think you should do about their service?

As late as yesterday we are still receiving weekly emails from these people, as the 'last chance offer' imploring us to join. And I'm still dumping them. The next one will be sent off to the reported spam folder and further blocked

I like Passport America too. It only takes 2 or 3 nights to make your original $44.00 investment in the membership back. Typically I'm even after 2 nights and in the black on the 3rd night.

If you paid by credit card just dispute it now. I waited and it was too late.

Hansab,

I sent an email to info@rvparksuperguide.com outlining what I had experienced and explaining what course of action I would take if a refund was not provided. I advised them that I was prepared to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. I received a notice of refund within 24 hours. Their address is 1201 N Orange St Suite 7003 Wilmington, DE 19801. I hope this helps and good luck.

I want to thank all of you for your comments about RV Park SuperGuide. I was considering purchasing it and was grateful to hear all the bad reports about it. You not only saved me money but lots of headaches. Thanks
