Aliera Healthcare Rate increase?
Got the following email Friday afternoon from Aliera:
Aliera is no longer selling your current healthcare plan with a Unity HealthShare, LLC component. We do have a new Aliera plan available through our alliance with Trinity HealthShare that offers the same plan services and benefits. Change your plan today and Aliera will pick up the first month’s payment.
All plan services remain the same. Plus, the following track with each member:
Medical history and historical claims
Payments toward member shared responsibility amount (MSRA)
Time spent on the plan
They quote a monthly rate that’s $110 above what I currently pay. Obviously I’ll try to call them Monday morning along with thousands of others who got this message, just wondering if any other full timers have Aliera and what your thoughts are?
