Forgive me, but as an outsider just exploring the possibility of RVing, I have to ask a stupid question. When one is hooked up at a camp ground with facilities, do the fees cover electricity? In the colder or hotter months, that could cost the camp grounds quite a bit, I would assume.

Normally if you stay a few nights their is no charge for electric. If you stay a month you may have to pay electric also. It varies per camp ground.
