Best Mailbox Service in South Dakota?
I'd appreciate recommendations (from personal experience) on Mailbox Services in South Dakota. I'm looking at Alternative Resources, who seem to get good reviews.

I used My Home Address in Emery with no problems.
I don't think any one is best. The ones mentioned in this thread will serve you well.

We use MyDakotaAddress in Madison. Terri knows everything there is to know concerning RVers needs. We are very pleased with our choice.

X2 for My Home Address, reasonable, friendly, helpful, we tell them how to handle our mail and they do it.

We've got Americas Mailbox and have been very happy. They took care of registering our vehicles and voter registration as well as the mail forwarding service.

We've used both Alternative Resources (2005) and now with Americas Mailbox. Both do great service. Americas Mailbox has hotel and/or RV park on site for you to stay when you go there on business. Nice new facility opened in 2011. Rapid City and Black Hills are a must to visit anyway; absolutely amazing mountains and attractions.

I honestly don't think you can go wrong w/ any of the long-time services in SD.
We've been using Alternative Resources for 3 years and been very happy with them. They've helped us w/ our registration, license plates & more. I've had one case of a "special delivery' where I needed them to check daily if a particular piece of mail came in and they did that no problem. Also been called up for jury duty and the local county allows you to be excused based simply on being a "fulltime RVer".

I also use My Home Address. You might want to check with your insurance company to see if your rates will change depending on the city of your "domicile". I assumed that the smaller towns would have lower rates when I chose MHA. Emery has about 420 residents. One of the companies is in a large city.
