You can go find all the snow you want, but we don't need any here in Kansas. Been loving the nice weather here. We love global warming!

It was sunny and beautiful today in the 60*s, and now the dumb old Canadian front moved in and it's snowing.
Good thing though, if we don't get more snow our lakes are gonna dry up, not to mention next summers forest fires.

It's not really cold here in middle TN yet. It's been a mild fall and winter so far. We'll be heading for FL after Xmas and should be there by Jan 1st or 2nd.

Was minus 34 F when I left Glennallen, AK on Friday. In SoCal now, where its 68.
I miss AK, not because of the weather, just too much traffic and way too many people here in SoCal.
Almost 5 times as many people here in Orange County CA as there is in the whole state of AK.

Not sure where you would be in South AB unless its Lethbridge, the farthest I usually get is Okotoks, or Calgary, but then I'm usually headed West over the mountains.

Max, we usually blame our weather on Alaska or Montanna . But your right it sure helps come the warm weather to have lots on the ground in the winter.

Chrissy, people tell us we are nuts in Alberta to be Full-timing here, Alaska would be exciting! I hope everything stays warm and cozy through the winter for you. We were at -28°C(-18.4°F) last night not including of course the prairie wind chill, I imagine you get a good wind chill up where you are too.

The city with the highest elevation in Canada. Before you get to Calgary when heading south.

Its great finding out where all of you are, I would so love to be in some of the warmer places. We are supposed to get more snow today, there is already about 3 feet on the ground. Here's a couple pics from this morning....hopefully they are straight this morning. I'm still trying to figure out this new Windows 8, the pics are auto straightened on the screen until I post them, then they are sideways again.....
