Changing TT insulation??

If this is in the wrong spot I'm sorry i wasn't sure where to put a TT mod thread.
I was wondering what some of the full timers have changed their insulation to, if they have changed it at all? And has anybody done spray foam insulation? I have seen a few posts with, I think it was called Reflectix? We are thinking of full timing in our TT next year but after reading many posts that we have a lot of work to do, and money to spend to stay warm and comfy in our Canadian winters. So I guess the question is what types of insulation changes would you recommend? And of course we arn't made of money so what would be the best cost effective ways to get our TT ready to winter in? Assuming that our TT has a R-0 insulation rating...

It is unusual for a "full timer" to be in Canada for the winter, and insulation is more important, IMHO, for keeping the sun from baking one's body.

You can get it on Ebay real cheap. A couple of rounds around the botom and cover the windows you don't use the windows you use cover them 1/2 way. Plug the roof vents with foam and buy a decent electric heater an oil filled radiator type works well they are quiet and always warm. Electric keeps the chill out all of the time and if you put a pot on it you have humidity and hot water
