It seems that most full timers are class A RV's.

Yes, we full time in a 37' Gulfstream Super C. We picked up up last November and have been full time for 4 months now. I have 4 kids all under the age of 7. Bunk model, like your avatar has so I take it you have a few kids. We get 10.5mpg towing a 1997 Landcruiser 4 down and it weighs 6000lbs.

I don't like the A's, too much room up front wasted.

I have been fulltiming since May in a small Class C, but it's just me and the fur-kids. I like the ease of driving a small rig.

As a matter of fact I do too! I've got a small 21' based on a Toyota frame. I just love it. I don't really need any more space than this and it's great on gas. The 4 banger has a little trouble on hills but if I drop it into low it just flys up them. Another benefit is that it's short enough to fit into standard parking spaces. It's just me and the cat though, so it's easy enough.

My husband and I, 1 dog, 1 cat all fulltime in a 31' Tioga Ranger since April of this year. It can feel a little small at times, but overall we are happy with our arrangements. I would like to take the couch out and put in reclyners some day. I'm not sure I want to try and drive a class A, but I can drive the C with no problems.

In 2008 we sold a new Pleasure Way class B van motorhome to a 82 year old man and his wife who were full timers. They traded in a Roadtrek class B. They had lived in it about 8 years. It took most of a day for them to change everything over.

I could. What I gave up in the A I gained in the BIG bathroom in the side hall C. Plus I like having the two cab doors. Wife likes it better also.

My first motorhome was a toyota huntsman 1983. We did 13,000 miles in that for our honeymoon over 3 months in 2000. Since then I've had 5 others, some 1990's winny's (3) and (4) Sunraders. I own. LOVE the toyota drivetrain! The last Sunrader I had was an 85 and the PO had logged mileage in upwards of 21mpg in that 21 footer!

Hello,

My husband and I have been full timers now for almost 3 years in our 27' 93 Class C Gulf Stream Conquest.

Since I was a little girl I always wanted to live in an RV... Sooo I gotta say, I love it!

My wife and I are full-timers in a 1987 27ft Class C Tioga Arrow. So far it works for us!
