So why isn’t TN on the list of states for full Timers? There are reasons, maybe no viable mail forwarding service catering to full timers because of problems? And no, TN health insurance focus on ppl being in TN for most of their time during a year. They will have provisions for care while traveling but won’t cover for primary care physician in Texas or Arizona, etc. now if you are going to spend some time each year in TN and set up a primary care who is in the area covered by your insurance than you are all set.

Domicile?

How does Montana compare to South Dakota for a domicile? Are there any major pro/cons? It would be easy for me to use a family members address in Billings. My motorhome is a 2014 and had a retail price of $160,000 so I don’t think it have a registration price increase as a “luxury vehicle” Is there any advantage in creating and registering my vehicles in a LLC? Also, we are both over 65.

LLC is different than you establishing a domicile. And LLC can be located anywhere. What would you do for mail service. What are Montana's policies on jury duty and voting in regards to those whose address is a mail service? Do you want to go to Billings in winter for jury duty? If you already have a rig, there is no reason to set up an LLC as it will cost you money and you've already paid whatever sales tax.
