We will definitely have it checked out by an RV mechanic even though we know that it is not an iron clad guarantee there will be no issues with it. Just a little bit more peace of mind especially since DH is not in the best of health to do a thorough inspection himself.
I would be a bit hesitant too after your last experience. Once bitten, twice shy.

Just a thought, I have a 2009 Class C, Winnebago Chalet 31' sitting around taking up space. Because of my insurance policy I can not rent it but would be willing to let you guys use it until you find the coach of your dreams. Could be a win win, the DW will be happy not to have 2 RVs in the driveway and you could get DH to better weather.

The coach has always had the maintenance done on schedule and is in great shape, very reliable. I've added a few features for comfort and ease of use like awnings on all windows, replaced the kitchen faucet with a single lever Moen, etc..

All I would ask is that you secure an insurance policy that protects you and I and that you guys keep up the routine maintenance. Pets are ok as we have always had them in it. It does not have any dishes or cookware as I moved all that to the Class A.

I don't have the time to get to OK so you would have to come to Ohio to pick it up.

Just a thought.

I am speechless by your kind and generous offer! I appreciate it more than you can possibly know. We decided that we are going to just have electric jacks put on our old travel trailer and use it until the right coach comes along. Hopefully we will find a good location and not have to move around any. We have an appointment in early February we need to stay in town for but after that we will take off for Southern Texas.

Thanks for all the kind words from all of you and especially to Dennis for your gracious offer.

Shelle
